For bookings of 2 weeks, the discount is 10%.
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 125€ per pet.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 45 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 45 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
