The villa also offers free private parking for three cars, including one covered parking space, giving you the freedom to explore central Istria, nearby villages and the beautiful surrounding nature.

Please note: pool heating will be available from the 2027 season.

Thanks to Villa ZAZ’s excellent location in central Istria, some of the region’s most famous destinations are easily accessible by car. In approximately 25–30 minutes, you can reach Poreč, Rovinj and Pula, where you can enjoy rich history, beautiful beaches, excellent gastronomy and the authentic atmosphere of Istria.
