Pricelist

Remark:

From 31.05. until 12.09.2025. arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays.
For bookings of 2 weeks, the discount is 5%.
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 100€ per pet.
Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. Baby cot available upon request.
Bathroom towels are available and changed once per week.
The price includes: tourist tax and all as listed on the villa homepage.
Property damage security: A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit.

Terms of payment and cancellation of reservation:

An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total value of the reservation by bank transfer is mandatory.
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the advance payment is not returned.
30 days before arrival, the remaining amount of the total reservation is paid, otherwise, the reservation is canceled.
